Do I need to provide content and images?

We can work with whatever you have! If you have existing content and images, we'll optimize them for your new site. If you need help, we can source professional stock photos and help write compelling copy as part of our service.

What if I don't like the design?

We include revisions in every package. You'll see the design before launch and can request changes. We work with you until you're completely satisfied with the result.

We offer flexible payment options: 1) 50/50 Split - pay 50% to start and 50% before launch for packages over $500, 2) E-commerce Pro 3-Payment Plan - split $1,200 into 3 monthly payments of $400, and 3) Annual Maintenance Discount - pay 12 months upfront and get 2 months free (17% discount).

How much do additional pages cost?

Additional pages cost $75 per page during initial website development. After your site launches, new pages cost $125 each. We recommend planning your pages during the initial development to take advantage of the lower rate.

Can I add e-commerce to my Business Growth package?

Yes! We offer a Basic E-commerce Add-on for $300 (one-time setup fee) that adds e-commerce functionality for 1-5 products to the Business Growth package. For larger stores, we recommend the E-commerce Pro package.

What does the monthly maintenance include?

Monthly maintenance is a comprehensive managed service that includes premium hosting with CDN, SSL certificates, 24/7 security monitoring, automated daily backups, software updates, uptime monitoring, monthly content updates (30-90 minutes depending on package), technical support, and performance optimization. Can I cancel the monthly maintenance?

Yes, you can cancel anytime after the first 12 months. However, you'll be responsible for finding your own hosting, managing security updates, handling backups, and troubleshooting any technical issues. Based on our analysis, managing these services yourself typically costs $200+ per month and requires 5+ hours of your time monthly. We recommend keeping maintenance for peace of mind and continued professional support.

Do I own the source code of my website?

Your monthly maintenance fee covers a managed hosting service that includes the website platform, ongoing updates, and technical support. The underlying source code is part of our proprietary development system. However, if you'd like to purchase full ownership of your website's source code, we offer a buyout option for 12 months of your package's monthly maintenance fee.

What does the source code buyout include?

The source code buyout fee is 12 months of your monthly maintenance cost: LaunchPad ($720), Business Growth ($1,080), or E-commerce Pro ($1,800). This one-time fee gives you complete ownership of all source files, database structure, and custom code. You'll be able to host the website anywhere and make unlimited modifications. The buyout compensates for our development investment and the loss of recurring revenue.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees! Our pricing is transparent. The only additional costs might be premium plugins for specific features you request, which we'll discuss and approve with you first.

What's the difference between the maintenance plans?

LaunchPad ($60/month) includes core services: hosting, security, backups, 30 minutes of content updates, and 48-hour support response. Business Growth ($90/month) adds monthly performance reports, Google Analytics insights, SEO monitoring, 60 minutes of updates, and 24-hour support. E-commerce Pro ($150/month) includes everything plus conversion optimization, 90 minutes of updates, 4-hour priority support, product/inventory management, and sales tracking. What counts as 'content updates' in my monthly allowance?

Content updates include text changes, image swaps, adding testimonials, updating contact information, menu changes (for restaurants), adding new team members, blog post publishing assistance, and minor layout adjustments. Major redesigns, new page creation, or complex functionality changes are quoted separately. We track time transparently and will always notify you before exceeding your monthly allowance.

How quickly do you respond to support requests?

Support response times vary by package: LaunchPad clients receive responses within 48 hours, Business Growth within 24 hours, and E-commerce Pro within 4 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PT). Emergency issues affecting site functionality are prioritized and addressed the same day for all maintenance clients.

What happens if my website goes down?

Our 24/7 monitoring system automatically detects outages and begins recovery procedures immediately. You'll receive an email notification, and our team will work to restore your site as quickly as possible. We maintain automated backups and can restore your website within 2-4 hours in most cases. Downtime is rare due to our premium hosting infrastructure, but we're prepared to handle any issues that arise.

Do you provide monthly reports on my website's performance?

Business Growth and E-commerce Pro clients receive detailed monthly reports including website traffic highlights, page performance metrics, security scan results, uptime statistics, and SEO health scores. Can I upgrade or downgrade my maintenance plan?

What happens to my website if I stop paying without buying the source code?

Your website will remain active for 30 days to give you time to transition. We'll provide you with all your content, images, and database files so you can recreate your site elsewhere. However, you won't receive the source code or custom functionality - you'll need to rebuild those features with another developer or platform. The source code buyout option ensures you get everything and can continue without any rebuilding.

How do I request content updates or support?

We'll acknowledge your request within your plan's response time and provide an estimated completion date. For urgent requests, include 'URGENT' in your subject line.

Do you handle security threats and malware?
